What We Offer
- Starting Pay $17/hour + $1/hour premium evenings and weekends.
- Two weeks of paid training by someone that does the job and understands what it takes to be a customer service professional.
- Flexible Scheduling 3 days/week with one being Saturday or Sunday. Start time 8:00-10:00 a.m., end time 6:00 p.m. CST.
- Lands’ End provides a computer, keyboard, mouse, web camera & headset.

What You’ll Do
- You will have the ability to go above and beyond for your customers as a member of our legendary Customer Service Team, voted America’s Best Customer Service by Newsweek.
- Assist our customers in a professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner.
- Provide efficient service by swiftly navigating between multiple websites and programs
- Demonstrate your ability to work independently.
- Proficiently troubleshoot computer issues.
- To support the holiday peak season, 4 days/week are required from Nov. 24 through Dec. 15. Required workdays include: Nov. 24, 27, 28, 29, Dec. 4 & 5.
