Schedule

- Standard business hours with flexibility as needed
Responsibilities
- Intake and draft new disability cases using AccessDS system
- Verify claim information and communicate with clients to obtain missing details
- Sort, organize, and prepare medical document listings as required
- Assign cases to physicians based on jurisdiction, specialty, availability, and conflict-of-interest checks
- Monitor case progress to meet all deadlines
- Keep clients updated and respond to referral questions
- Ensure proper documentation is submitted to reviewers and clients
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare, disability, or insurance preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Computer literacy and accurate typing are essential
- Ability to work independently and meet firm deadlines
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working on a computer
Compensation
- $15.00–$21.00/hr USD (based on experience, education, and skills)
- Performance bonuses available
