- Remote work after training
What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with hospital registration and check-in
- Collect and enter patient and insurance details accurately across multiple systems
- Answer questions and ease patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Manage high-volume data entry while fielding interruptions for emergent care
- Support clinicians by ensuring quick, accurate intake in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as a first point of contact, building trust through clear communication
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
- Confidence working across multiple screens/programs simultaneously
- Comfort working in a healthcare setting with potential illness or injury exposure
- Must be up to date on vaccinations, and able to pass a drug screen and background check
