Schedule
- Remote, full-time
- Entry-level role within State Programs Admin
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls across multiple program queues, meeting defined performance and quality standards.
- Use program knowledge and call flows to identify issues, solve problems, and address customer inquiries.
- Apply empathy, active listening, and service techniques to de-escalate upset callers.
- Provide accurate program and scheduling information to customers.
- Communicate via chat and email to research and resolve enrollment or completion issues.
- Accurately input student data and process credit card payments while maintaining PCI and PII compliance.
- Document interactions clearly in business systems.
- Place outbound calls to complete registrations or resolve questions.
- Promote self-service options to customers where possible.
- Communicate recurring customer issues to management for resolution.
- Process returned mail promptly to keep data accurate and reduce costs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong customer service and teamwork orientation
- Accurate data entry skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus
Compensation
- $18.50–$19.50/hour
