What You’ll Do

  • Receive and respond to routine service requests
  • Communicate with users via phone, email, fax, mail, and internet
  • Support daily computer user inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

What You Need

  • High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Must be eligible for Secret clearance
