What You’ll Do
- Receive and respond to routine service requests
- Communicate with users via phone, email, fax, mail, and internet
- Support daily computer user inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
What You Need
- High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Must be eligible for Secret clearance
