What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly
  • Resolve complaints by identifying issues and offering effective solutions
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and register operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment; restock merchandise as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
