What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly
- Resolve complaints by identifying issues and offering effective solutions
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and register operations
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment; restock merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
