Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers and agents regarding life insurance policies and services
- Provide information on application status, in-force transactions, product details, rates, and claims processes
- Navigate multiple administrative systems to resolve service issues
- Document detailed and accurate notes for all customer interactions
- Assist with both verbal and written customer inquiries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience (financial services or insurance preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and information retention skills
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $22.00 – $29.28, plus eligibility for annual bonus program
