Job details
We are hiring customer service representatives. This customer service representative will need great attention to detail skills. This customer service representatives role will include inbound calls. This customer service representative will be helping people apply for health insurance for their children and answering any questions about existing policies.
This customer service representative will work closely with the team to provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Full Time
– Monday – Friday – weekends off
– $14.00 an hour
– Remote (have to live in the state of Florida)
– Open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm but will work a shift of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm after training
Working hours: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Skills:
– Maintain an understanding of processes and policies.
– Accurately enter data and all appropriate information in a timely manner.
– Customer first attitude
– Bilingual Spanish or Creole a plus but not required
Education: High School
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma
– Maintain accurate and timely case notes on all consumer contacts and document activities.
