Description
Growing ecommerce company in Columbus, WI is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to work in its call center and take inbound calls! This position will start early July and is contracttofulltime. The hours are MondayFriday, 8:30 am 5 pm.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
- Handle incoming telephone calls, as well as respond to chats and emails
- You will help clients place orders for business supplies; you may also have to process refunds
This role will start training onsite in Columbus, WI and then transition to fully remote.

Requirements
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office. Must have the ability to use multiple different softwares at one time and be able to use and switch between multiple computer screens with ease.
- 2+ years’ experience of proven performance in a goaldriven & customerfocused environment desired
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
- Call Center Customer Service experience desired
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication, math, internet navigation, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
