Specific Duties:

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
  • Enter and verify provider information into the database
  • Data maintenance and verification
  • Internal and external communication to solve complex insurance coverage
  • Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
  • Apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
  • Research internal systems to resolve questions

Requirements:

  • Quality over quantity mentality
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM and work in multiple systems
  • The ability to create correspondence and work within templates in Microsoft Word
  • Quick learner, dependable, selfmotivated and accountable, good comprehension of written policy and procedures
  • Team player, great attitude
  • Interest in healthcare and helping others
  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Interest in the healthcare industry
