Customer Service Representative Part Time

Salary: $17.50
Part Time Customer Service Representative – $16.50 p/h or $17.50 p/h for Bilingual Spanish
(MUST BE IL RESIDENT)

As the Customer Service Representative you will be the the first step in helping customers enroll in healthcare programs. The position receives a high volume of inbound calls and will make outbound calls to follow up with clients and customers.
This position is 100% remote. Must live in Illinois to be considered for this position. Hours are are 2pm-6pm Monday- Friday.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Outlook
- Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good phone etiquette
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- BILINGUAL – English and Spanish required
- Up to 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Call center experience preferred but not required
