Are you seeking to join a well-established and respected insurance organization within the Quad Cities?!
Robert Half is hiring for a Processing Representative within the Customer Service Center team of this esteemed company. As the Customer Service Center Processing Representative, you will be providing customer service through written correspondence to all members, occasionally by telephone. You will be assisting members with product related requests, determining and processing these requests for resolution.
This position will be hybrid to start and can move to remote once training is completed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with a rotating 2 week schedule of 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm
Day to day duties:
- -Analyzes member inquiries; determines steps for resolution; and accurately processes within required timeframes.
- -Research member files; follows regulatory guidelines; follows current policies and procedures; accurately interprets certificate and contract requirements; and verifies that information quoted to member is correct.
- -Responsible for walk-in, internet, mail, and e-mail member services.
- -Maintains knowledge to perform receptionist duties as needed.
- -Analyzes certificate provisions to determine methods of effecting desired changes such as change of beneficiary, type of insurance, and change in method of payment.
- -Processing loan requests/distributions
- -Processing changing ownership on policy
- -Researching and entering payment exemptions
- -Updating client information
- -Supports all positions in the Customer Support Center when necessary.
- -Other duties as assigned such as typing letters, matching returns, processing packages and verifying all information
Requirements

- -Experience within Excel and Word
- -Good typing and data entry skills
- -Prior processing experience
