As a remote customer service representative, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting customers, resolving their claims-related inquiries, and ensuring a seamless process.
Responsibilities
What are your daily job duties:
- Interpret and communicate accurate insurance coverage by having a comprehensive understanding of the process
- Educate customers and professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
- Assist members on gaining access to care by locating a network or assignment to a primary care physician
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
What do you need to get hired?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 or more years of High Volume customer service experience
- Medical/Health Insurance experience
