The Customer Service Representative position is a 6 month, temp opportunity, with a REMOTE schedule!
Responsibilities:
Answering 75 inbound calls and answering any patient questions
Taking and setting up payments and sending out consent forms
Updating patient information
Collecting insurance information
Triaging incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
1 years of experience managing high-volume calls, healthcare setting preferred
6 months working remotely
Excellent data entry skills
Calming and patient communication skills
MUST be calm under pressure
