As a customer service representative, you will handle inbound customer service calls, including billing inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or troubleshooting – via phone, email, chat and social media.

At the moment, due to the exceptional measures in place to prevent COVID-19, we are looking for associates to work from home as Customer Service Representative. All hires at the moment will be for these positions. Once the situation is back to normal, some of these positions will be relocated to our contact center.

Who Are We Looking For?
- A “people person” who is passionate about the customer experience and helping others
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Ability to adapt, learn and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- This position will require you to obtain an Insurance Adjuster’s license.
What Are We Looking For in You?
- Provides claims service via internal channels (phone/email) to members and third-parties.
- Adjusts low to moderately complex claims.
- Acquires and applies basic knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance industry products, services, and processes to include P&C insurance policy contracts.
- Seeks guidance from team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation.
- Partners with and/or directs vendors and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution.
- Contributes to business goals, performance metrics, and effectively uses tools & technology.
- Supports workload surges and/or Catastrophe operations as needed to include working significant overtime during designated catastrophic events.
- Training includes New Employee Orientation, Licensing, Enterprise Knowledge, and Pipeline training and On-the-job-training.
- Licensing training is provided. You must pass licensing exams and have the ability to become licensed in all applicable states. We will provide the study and training environment to assist you with the licensing exams.
- Employees must successfully complete a training program.
