Remote Customer Service Representative Details:
- This position offers you the ability to work safely from the comfort of your own home!
- All equipment is provided – even the training is virtual!
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their retail orders.
- Look up order and delivery status’
- Answer questions regarding products and assist in placing orders
Remote Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Must have highspeed internet and advanced computer skills
- Must be familiar with MS Office
- Must have a dedicated quiet workspace
- Must be able to possibly train in the evenings
