Customer Service Representative- Remote Opportunity
A thriving Syracuse area company is looking for Remote Customer Service/ Call Center Representatives to join their team!
This position offers full-time hours, with varying shifts starting from 10am to 3pm, all shifts requiring you to work 1-weekend day per week and 4-week days per week.
High speed internet and a laptop/ desktop is required. Tablets, Mac’s, or Chromebooks are NOT supported at this time.
Duties:
- Answering inbound calls
- Light upselling on products
- Entering data into software system
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of Customer Service and product/ service up-selling a plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable selling products via phone
- Strong attendance record
