Customer Service Representative- Remote Opportunity

A thriving Syracuse area company is looking for Remote Customer Service/ Call Center Representatives to join their team!

This position offers full-time hours, with varying shifts starting from 10am to 3pm, all shifts requiring you to work 1-weekend day per week and 4-week days per week.

High speed internet and a laptop/ desktop is required. Tablets, Mac’s, or Chromebooks are NOT supported at this time.

Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Light upselling on products
  • Entering data into software system

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and product/ service up-selling a plus
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Comfortable selling products via phone
  • Strong attendance record
