Location:Remote in Malvern, PA ***Remote after training.
Shift:
- Training hours: 8:30AM-5PM local time (Hybrid during training)
- Work hours/Post training hours: 9:30AM-6PM (Remote)
Pay Rate: $20/hr (increase to $23/hr after 2 months).
What you will be doing:
- Assisting investors with 401k issues or questions, transactions, products and services, and resolving general account issues.
- Responding to requests for investment, fund, and account information.
- Following standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions.
- Developing basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industry.
The right candidate will have:
- 2 years of Customer service, Contact Center, Financial, or related work experience.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Education, or equivalent combination of training and experience (recent College grads encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional client-relation, telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge and ability to use multiple computer software/systems simultaneously.
- Availability to attend training (100% training attendance is required).
