We are currently looking for a diligent and dedicated Temporary to Hire Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic remote team within the Dental Industry.
Robert Halfs prides itself on using innovative techniques to match our clients with skilled professionals and provide a range of specialized staffing and consulting services. This full-time role operates on a temporary to hire basis, allowing ample opportunity for demonstrating exceptional performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information on our databases.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolutions.
- Schedule appointments and set follow up details as needed
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Experience within the dental industry.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers, including software like MS Office and CRM Systems.
