Elwood Staffing has immediate openings for a remote retail customer service position in Northern Colorado.

Remote Customer Service Rep Details:
- Answer inbound call regarding merchandise
- Process customer orders
- Answer questions about tracking or purchases
Schedules: Set schedules ranging between 6:00am-12am (Must be able to work at least one day out of the weekend)
Pay:$13.00/hr
Must live with-in 40 mins of Fort Collins, CO.
All computer equipment is provided, must be able to pick it up from Fort Collins, CO.
Remote Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have quiet place in home to set up your office
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have a minimum of 35 WPM (testing required)
- Must have high-speed internet and be able to plug directly into a modem (test required)
- Must have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
