CSR – Work From Home Details:
- Associates will be taking 100+ calls a day
- Associates will be taking inbound calls from home for various retail companies.
- Associates will be handling orders, discrepancies, up sales, etc.
- Other admin duties as requested
CSR – Work From Home Qualifications:
- Must have high speed internet (no satellite)
- Must have quiet work space at home
- Must have data entry skills
- Typing 40+ words per minute is preferred
- Ability to navigate on the internet
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Must be flexible and be able to work weekends and over time
- Must have good attendance
- Must be located within the Tri Cities region
