Customer Service Representative REMOTE WORK
Located in Portland, OR
Salary: $17/20hr+ (DOE)
Express Employment Professionals North Portland is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work with a manufacturing company in North Portland. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for entering orders taken over the phone, answering customer questions, and managing product shipments. This company offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, competitive pay and the potential for permanent hire.
Pay: $17/20hr+ (DOE)
Schedule: Mon Fri, 8 AM 5 PM*
(Flexible! Overtime is available for those interested)
Duration: Ongoing, Evaluation-to-Hire
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Order Entry
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Manage product shipment
Custom Service Representative Requirements:
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Experience using SAP, SalesForce and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using phone, computer and fax machine as needed
- Ability to correspond in a professional manner via written and oral communication.
- Regularly required to sit/talk &/or hear. Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
