As a Customer Service Rep (CSR) duties include developing and enhancing customer/provider relationships by responding to customer/provider inquiries and resolving customer/provider concerns. Using online resources and support systems, CSR’s will investigate, analyze, and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
CSR’s will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, demonstrating responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers, maintaining production and phone quality standards and supporting individual/team goals and initiatives.

- Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals.

Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) required.
- Must have 10-key proficiency and the ability to type 30 WPM.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
