Schedule
- Full-time, remote within Texas
- Inbound call center environment
- Must adhere to schedule and average handle time expectations
What You’ll Do
- Resolve inbound calls regarding routine financial questions, account status, transactions, and fraud alerts
- Assist customers with online banking, transfers, loan payments, and debit card services
- Gather information for loan applications and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency while meeting quality and customer satisfaction goals
- Support additional campaigns and duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- High School Diploma (college coursework in business, communications, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience in banking or insurance (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40 WPM accurately and operate a 10-key calculator
- Professional, courteous demeanor and strong multitasking ability
- Computer literacy and ability to handle calls effectively in a system-based environment
