Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- Shifts assigned within operating hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:45 AM – 8:15 PM ET
- Weekends/Holidays: 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM ET

What You’ll Do
- Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
- Support Medicare appeal processes and handle provider/beneficiary communications
- Accurately log, document, and process information using automated systems
- Research and resolve customer problems or escalate when needed
- Meet or exceed department standards for call volume, quality, and service levels
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
- Serve as liaison between supervisors, providers, and members
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to research and resolve Medicaid or service eligibility issues
Preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance industry and medical terminology
- Familiarity with CPT and HCPCS codes
