Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (US only)
  • Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability required
  • All necessary equipment provided (must connect via CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher; WiFi not allowed)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat from customers and sales associates
  • Support inquiries, orders, billing, pricing, and service delivery issues
  • Use computer systems for tracking, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Redirect callers to self-service options where applicable
  • Perform proactive outbound communications and process orders as needed

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Foodservice or distribution experience a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
