Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Pay: $15/hour
- Training provided remotely
- Must work from a designated home office with company-provided technology
- Internet requirement: Minimum 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and occasional outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Provide benefit information, resolve issues, and document all interactions in ASH systems
- Research and respond to inquiries using internal and online resources
- Route calls requiring further investigation to appropriate departments
- Manage time effectively to meet call handling and follow-up standards
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
- Attend staff meetings and complete required trainings on time
- Support internal and external customers with professionalism and accuracy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience (inbound call center preferred)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Skilled in multitasking, organization, and time management
- Commitment to confidentiality and data security
