Schedule

  • Fully remote, must reside in Eastern Time Zone
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Comprehensive training: 4–18 weeks, depending on role assignment

What You’ll Do

  • Listen actively and advocate for customers by resolving benefit and claim inquiries
  • Educate customers on available resources and guide them to the right solutions
  • Document all interactions accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure positive outcomes

What You Need

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience (1+ year preferred in contact center)
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High-speed internet and ability to work designated schedule
