Schedule
- Fully remote, must reside in Eastern Time Zone
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Comprehensive training: 4–18 weeks, depending on role assignment
What You’ll Do
- Listen actively and advocate for customers by resolving benefit and claim inquiries
- Educate customers on available resources and guide them to the right solutions
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support
- Collaborate across teams to ensure positive outcomes
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience (1+ year preferred in contact center)
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High-speed internet and ability to work designated schedule
