Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote (open to candidates in PA, MD, NY, CT, and surrounding areas)
- Training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
- Regular Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
- Must be flexible with scheduling based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent phone-based customer service to members and providers
- Navigate proprietary systems to assist with benefit inquiries, copay explanations, eligibility checks, and order fulfillment
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and manufacturing partners
- Handle special service processes such as prior approvals, ID verification, and out-of-network authorizations
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and company confidentiality standards
- Contribute to team performance goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and stay up to date with procedural changes and company policies
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of the insurance, health, or vision care industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
