What You’ll Do
- Maintain departmental service level targets
- Respond to customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a positive customer experience with an empathetic, professional demeanor
- Build and maintain basic product knowledge
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Support additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma
- Passion for customer advocacy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
