What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and others regarding billing questions and issue resolution
  • Clearly explain revenue cycle outcomes and processes in a way callers can understand
  • Apply knowledge of payor and state rules, regulations, and client information to support accurate guidance
  • Follow company policies and procedures and complete other assigned duties

What You Need

  • High School diploma or GED (required)
  • 1+ year of related healthcare and/or call center experience (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet production and quality goals, and learn quickly
