Schedule
- Full-Time, Remote (available in multiple states across NM, VA, GA, NJ, CT, FL, and more)
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm CST
- Reports to Customer Service Supervisor
What You’ll Do
- Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls daily with a focus on one-call resolution
- Communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Provide accurate information about Palco services, enrollment, and program guidelines
- Assist with paperwork and program requirements using person-centered techniques
- Document case notes in web-based software systems
- Follow up with callers for quality and satisfaction checks
- Represent Palco with professionalism while safeguarding customer privacy
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer support experience (call center preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office and CRM software skills
- Ability to work under stressful circumstances with fairness and calm
- Medicaid or CRM experience a plus
- Bilingual skills required
