Schedule

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST
  • Full-time role
  • Remote work available (must reside in Eastern Time Zone states)
  • Reliable attendance required

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers
  • Respond to inquiries on benefits, claims, and plan details
  • Document calls, research solutions, and follow up promptly
  • Act as liaison between members and internal teams
  • Maintain 96%+ individual telephone quality
  • Cross-train in additional customer service areas
  • Stay current on product knowledge and procedural updates

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (insurance, health, or vision care preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of in/out-of-network benefits a plus
  • Must comply with HIPAA and company data security guidelines
