  • Pay range: $15.48 – $19.23 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from insureds and carriers
  • Make outbound calls to provide updates, resolve pending issues, or follow up on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service notes in the CRM
  • Process policy changes, client updates, and requests submitted via phone, email, or mail
  • Follow established procedures to ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
  • Meet or exceed individual SLAs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in training to stay current on products, processes, and systems
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with peers to support departmental initiatives and maintain a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience required
  • Insurance, healthcare, or financial services experience preferred
  • Life & Health license (IL) preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
