Schedule
- Full-time, remote within Texas
- Monday–Friday with flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Fast-paced, high-volume call queue environment
What You’ll Do
- Resolve inbound service calls regarding loss drafts from borrowers, contractors, insurers, and third parties
- Record call activity in the Loss Draft Tracking system with accuracy and detail
- Set up processing tasks such as inspections, disbursement requests, and related activities
- Use de-escalation skills to calm upset callers and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely processing
What You Need
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of data entry, inbound/outbound call center, or related experience (mortgage/insurance experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of insurance claims processing
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and AS400
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. of documents when needed
