We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison to support families on their care journey. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and eager to make a difference in pediatric healthcare.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Must be available for high call volume (40–70 calls/day)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and effective customer service to families over the phone
- Educate families about evaluation appointments, treatment processes, and insurance steps
- Enter patient registration information and schedule initial appointments while identifying potential scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate communication among physicians, insurance providers, and clinics
- Review cost shares, co-pays, and financial responsibilities with families
- Handle inbound and outbound calls across multiple queues with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and support families with efficiency and care
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service or related experience
- 1–2 years of computer/software experience
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work with families from diverse backgrounds
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
