Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to transform the way buildings run and improve how people live. In just three years, we’ve grown to manage over 150 buildings. Our fast-moving, collaborative team is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and delivering a better experience for residents.

Schedule

  • Part-time, 16–32 hours per week (2–4 days)
  • $14–$18 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Remote, based in Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (calls, emails, chats) with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide timely responses, proactive follow-up, and issue resolution to ensure exceptional resident experiences
  • Build relationships with community members by anticipating needs and “going the extra mile”
  • Coordinate scheduling of vendors and appointments as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Advisory, Compliance, Operations, Account Management) to resolve resident issues
  • Document and follow communication scripts, while identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Meet personal, departmental, and company KPIs/OKRs

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience with Zendesk, Google Suite, or similar tools (willingness to learn new systems)
