📋 What You’ll Own
• Intake and draft new cases into Dane Street’s internal system
• Coordinate physician assignments based on guidelines and availability
• Monitor ongoing cases to ensure timely completion
• Communicate with clients to confirm referral information and case progress
• Maintain detailed, organized records for each case
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare or insurance settings is a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and typing skills
• Organized, deadline-driven, and computer-savvy
• Ability to work independently with consistent internet access
