Schedule

  • Remote position across the contiguous United States
  • Full-time role
  • Four-week paid training program provided

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpful, empathetic customer service during high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond to client requests, anticipate needs, and educate clients on Beyond’s programs.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Document account activity, updates, and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while troubleshooting technical or configuration issues.
  • Continuously build product knowledge and apply industry best practices to client solutions.
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations related to quality of service, retention, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (high-volume preferred).
  • Strong technical/computer skills with ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • People-focused approach with active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective at time management and task organization.
  • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (hardwired required).
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required).
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
