As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide essential support to students, instructors, and stakeholders, ensuring accurate enrollment, payment processing, and record management while delivering outstanding service.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Entry-level role in State Programs / Traffic Court Programs
- Supports 25–30 courses/products in various formats (online and in-person)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls across multiple program queues
- Meet defined performance, quality, and compliance standards
- Apply empathy and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries
- Provide program and scheduling information accurately
- Communicate via chat and email to research and resolve issues
- Process live credit card payments with PCI/PII compliance
- Accurately input student/class data into NSC systems
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely
- Place outbound calls for registrations and routine transactions
- Promote self-service options and communicate repetitive issues to management
- Process returned mail promptly to reduce costs
- Perform other assigned duties to support program success
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong data entry accuracy and integrity
- Customer service orientation and team mindset
- Microsoft Office experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly desired
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18.50 – $19.50
- At least 20 PTO days in the first year, plus 11 paid holidays
