Schedule
- Full-time

- Scheduled breaks/lunches required
- Limited flexibility around “unavailable” time during working hours
What You’ll Do
- Answer 8–10 inbound calls/hour regarding medical record status and ROI requests
- Document details using internal tools (VRM, RingCentral, CS Notebook)
- Manage 20+ voicemails/emails per hour in support queues
- Resolve invoice/fee disputes, request issues, and process updates
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and meet quality metrics (QA >93%, ACW <40 sec)
- Support new hires as a training buddy and model professional customer interactions
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 3+ years in customer service or 1+ year exceeding expectations in a similar role
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or HIPAA-regulated setting preferred
- Strong computer, documentation, and verbal communication skills
- Patience, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Limit of no more than 5 unscheduled absences in a 12-month period
