- Remote, U.S. only
- Applicants must reside in GA, NC, OH, PA, TX, or WV
- Full-time position
- All applications, interviews, training, and onboarding are virtual
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Set and follow up on appointments while providing accurate information to customers
- Work toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
- Collaborate regularly with management and ownership for continued growth
What You Need
- High School Diploma required; prior customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet
- Wired headset compatible with system requirements
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
