Schedule

  • Remote, U.S. only
  • Applicants must reside in GA, NC, OH, PA, TX, or WV
  • Full-time position

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Set and follow up on appointments while providing accurate information to customers
  • Work toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
  • Collaborate regularly with management and ownership for continued growth

What You Need

  • High School Diploma required; prior customer service experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet
  • Wired headset compatible with system requirements
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
