Schedule

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Monday through Friday between 8:30am–6:00pm ET
  • Some U.S. holiday work required for bilingual reps (e.g. Presidents Day, Memorial Day)
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter and process sales orders through ERP systems with high accuracy
  • Handle customer communications: pricing, inquiries, complaints, returns, and delivery updates
  • Manage customer accounts: adjustments, credits, and master data maintenance

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, food service, or call center)
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and Word); ERP/CRM experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/French Canadian) are a plus
