What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer service via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist customers with course enrollment, account navigation, refunds, and extensions
  • Build rapport and personalize communication with empathy and clarity
  • Use multiple software systems, tabs, and tools simultaneously
  • Provide technical support and proactive solutions to ensure smooth customer journeys
  • Learn Colibri’s products/services to offer confident, informed assistance

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating new software quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A dedicated home office setup and self-starter mentality
  • Skills in empathy, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution
