What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer service via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with course enrollment, account navigation, refunds, and extensions
- Build rapport and personalize communication with empathy and clarity
- Use multiple software systems, tabs, and tools simultaneously
- Provide technical support and proactive solutions to ensure smooth customer journeys
- Learn Colibri’s products/services to offer confident, informed assistance
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating new software quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A dedicated home office setup and self-starter mentality
- Skills in empathy, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution
