- 100% remote (available in all U.S. states)
- Must maintain consistent attendance and adherence to assigned shifts
What You’ll Do
- Provide front-line support for tax professionals using Drake Software
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries by walking customers through diagnostic steps
- Document and track customer interactions for follow-up and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with designated staff for advanced issue resolution
- Deliver empathetic, accurate, and timely customer service in every interaction
- Follow established scripts, policies, and best practices set by management
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Drake Software experience
- Strong customer service skills with proven ability to build rapport and show empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including grammar and active listening
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Proven dependability, professionalism, and commitment to exceeding customer expectations
