Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and emails from members and providers with professionalism and courtesy
- Input data accurately into internal systems while maintaining detailed records
- Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Educate callers on program benefits and available services
- Build rapport with callers and adapt communication style as needed
- Meet or exceed call center metrics, including quality, accuracy, and attendance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- Prior customer service experience preferred (call center or healthcare a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
