What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from members and providers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Input data accurately into internal systems while maintaining detailed records
  • Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues when appropriate
  • Educate callers on program benefits and available services
  • Build rapport with callers and adapt communication style as needed
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics, including quality, accuracy, and attendance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

What You Need

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred (call center or healthcare a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
