Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Flexibility required for assigned 8-hour shifts
  • 4 weeks of paid onsite training (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday)
  • Remote role for candidates residing in Seattle or Puyallup, WA

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers regarding eligibility, billing, payments, authorizations, and benefits
  • Resolve issues efficiently on the first call using multiple computer systems
  • Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with providers and staff
  • Document cases accurately to track issues and identify trends

What You Need

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • At least 18 years old
  • Strong listening, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work full-time shifts within business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience using phones and computers
  • Healthcare industry experience
