Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Flexibility required for assigned 8-hour shifts
- 4 weeks of paid onsite training (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday)
- Remote role for candidates residing in Seattle or Puyallup, WA
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers regarding eligibility, billing, payments, authorizations, and benefits
- Resolve issues efficiently on the first call using multiple computer systems
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with providers and staff
- Document cases accurately to track issues and identify trends
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- At least 18 years old
- Strong listening, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work full-time shifts within business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience using phones and computers
- Healthcare industry experience
