Schedule
- Full-time, remote (work from home)
- Four weeks of paid training
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet (wired connection required)
- Call center environment with inbound/outbound client calls
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by phone (high-volume inbound/outbound calls)
- Anticipate client needs, respond to requests, and educate them on Beyond programs
- Resolve issues through active listening, critical thinking, and first-call resolution
- Maintain positive client relations, collaborating with internal departments as needed
- Document account activities in CRM systems and research across multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to enrollment and account management
- Meet performance goals for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work across multiple systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
- Reliable high-speed wired internet and dedicated home office space
- Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required)
Compensation
- Base pay: $19–$20/hr (based on experience and location)
