Schedule
- Full-time, Remote
- On-call for BluCar vehicle release program
- Occasional overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Provide solutions and support for internal and external customers
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism
- Focus on call resolution, follow-ups, and using company resources to meet customer needs
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain high service standards
- Perform office support functions as needed
- Represent Copart as the “face of the company” with excellent service and professionalism
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of customer service or office support experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 45 WPM
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual skills a plus
Pay
- $16.04 – $22.00 per hour (varies by location)
- California, Colorado, New York, Washington: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
